Time is the only assset that we can not get back and life is short. If you believe in these two statements then this article will help you.

Here are the 5 actions that I consistently take every morning in order to create daily habbits that increase effeciency, boost profuctivity, and improve time management.

  1. WAKE UP AN HOUR EARLIER THEN EARLY

  • Some of our work schedule’s may cause this time of day to fluctuate, however, the principle remains the same. My rule of thumb is: Set multiple alarms and get up at least one hour before you begin your preparatiion for the day. Notice I did not mention hitting the snooze button 3 times. Solitude in the morning will help center and ground you for you’re upcomming tasks.

2. FIND A HEALTHY OUTLET

  • Use your’e mornings solitude for phyical, mental, and emotional preparation. Exercise, Meditation, Reading or Journaling are all amazing ways to start your day!

3. DAILY TO-DO CHECKLIST (GOALS & TASKS)

Writting our tasks & goals down on paper helps us commit these to our memory, and it also holds us accountable. These small victories provide a sense of accomplishment upon completing each task or goal, therefore, boosting confidence and a positive self image.

4. ABSORB NATURAL SUNLIGHT (NO SUNGLASSES OR WINDOWS DUE TO THE UV PROTECTION

  • The eyes are the windows to the…. BRAIN? Yes, our eyes connect to, and are very much an intricate part of how the brain cognitively functions. Vitamid D and the ADP process of photosynthesis assists cellular function. A few minutes goes a long way regarding the chemical and psychological aspects of our brain. The brain sends a wake up call to the rest of your body, along with many other health benefits.

5. GET AFTER IT. NOW!

  • TAKE ACTION, BE ASSERTIVE , TAKE RISKS, COMPETE WITH YOURSELF BUT OUTWORK EVRYBODY — GET AFTER IT EVERY DAY!
